The Employee Assistance Network (EAN) has a close relationship with a large, national network of affiliate providers conveniently located close to your workplace and the surrounding areas. Counselors have a wide variety of experience and specialties to best meet your employees’ needs.
Additionally, EAN has access to resources of our greater agency, Metropolitan Family Services, which can greatly benefit your employees. The agency offers counseling as well as resources outside of the realm of traditional Employee Assistance Program services such as adoption support, programs that help promote economic stability, domestic violence resources and legal counsel.
All EAN affiliate providers:
- Have a master’s degree or doctorate in a mental health discipline
- Hold current clinical licenses in their field of mental health
- Carry professional liability/malpractice insurance at a minimum of $1 million to $3 million
- Have substantial EAP counseling experience
- Are periodically reviewed by EAN’s department of provider relations to ensure high-quality services
